1 . Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bt1777 ("bt1777", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the bt1777 website at https://bt1777.app, or using any service offered by bt1777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

bt1777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the bt1777 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one bt1777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

When registering your bt1777 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt1777 account credentials, including your username and password. bt1777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Account Currency

bt1777 accounts for Bangladesh-based players operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. bt1777 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion charges are not applied by bt1777 directly, though your payment provider may apply their own conversion fees in certain circumstances.

Account Security

• bt1777 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bt1777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds from payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• bt1777 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the platform level, separate from any personal limits you set through the responsible gaming tools.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• bt1777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad, subject to system availability and payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bt1777 account holder.
• bt1777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for review.
• If any active bonus balance is attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request, bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before the withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.

General Bonus Conditions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on bt1777 are final once confirmed. bt1777 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets or game rounds except in circumstances specified within these Terms or in the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game.

Sports Betting

• bt1777 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bt1777 will settle affected bets in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type.
• bt1777 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, and to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined or where odds were published in error due to a technical fault.

Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes on bt1777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in regulated studios.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's built-in disconnection policy. bt1777 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side internet connectivity failures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt1777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances held, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one bt1777 account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed or self-excluded.

• Attempting to access bt1777's back-end systems, databases, or administrative panels without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bt1777 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bt1777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; fraudulent activity is detected; KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by platform policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bt1777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, bt1777 ceasing to offer services in a given market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any pending withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed before the account is deactivated, provided KYC verification has been completed.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt1777's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bt1777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any kind.

bt1777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. bt1777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party infrastructure failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
